Best of the Week Ending 1÷18÷2009

Really. It’s a real Best of the WEEK. I’m not caught up with post­ing the back­log yet, but I’ll put up another spe­cial mid-​week post or two to fin­ish that process.

• The Art Bead Scene helps us cre­ate a busi­ness plan for the new year.
• Lori Green­berg makes us all pea-​green with envy (or would that be Envy Green?) with a vir­tual tour of Fire & Friends Z Stu­dio. After see­ing that, we’re all going to want to move to Arizona!
• Once Kel­ley received her own copy of Val Cox’s new Frit Secrets book, she was on a frit-​melting roll!
• If you haven’t already heard (have you been under a rock this week?), our own Mau­reen McRorie won the Fra­bel Novice Glass Artist award! Andrea Win­kler shares her delight, and a pic­ture of the win­ning image, with the world.
