Glass. Cats. Not a half-bad life, at that.
This morning I did the right thing, so to speak, and left the house early enough to go to the gym for the first time. I did my 30 minutes on the recumbent bike, then went to shower and change clothes to go to work. Lo and behold, they even provide shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel in the showers! I don’t have to worry about having my own toiletries, just my own deodorant.

I have been feeling fat and flabby, which everyone knows is NOT a good way to feel. I can’t get into half of my pants or most of my shorts, and some of my favorite shirts are snugger than they ought to be. The hot weather is here, which makes it tough to get out and walk during most of the day.
